Mellor's recognise that building positive relationships in the communities in which we work is fundamental to our success.  As our activities have the potential to impact on local residents, businesses and other stakeholders, it is important community needs and concerns are addressed.  We seek to learn and understand local issues, facilitate communication with community members and provide timely project information.

o Provide for the dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders; and  

o Encourage feedback and respond appropriately and timely to community concerns. 

 

Wherever possible Mellor Enterprises seek to contribute to the communities in which we work by locally sourcing project personnel, materials and services.  We have fully trained Workplace Health and Safety and Indigenous Liaison Officers in the field constantly, upholding relationships with the indigenous community to ensure the preservation of Sacred Land Sites.
